Project Manager – Airports Product Projects

About the role

Join SITA’s Airports Product Project Office (PPO) to lead the delivery of medium‑size projects that support the Airports Business Unit’s strategic objectives. You will work in a global, cross‑functional environment, driving product development, lifecycle activities, and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of defined projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost and quality targets are met.
• Contribute to larger transformation programmes under senior guidance.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as plans, RAID logs, status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, align stakeholders and manage dependencies across workstreams.
• Provide governance, visibility and regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Support product lifecycle activities and internal improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong core project‑management capability with a hands‑on delivery focus.
• Adaptability and ability to work across geographically distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in managing projects in a global, technology‑driven environment.
