Project Manager – Manufacturing Transformation

About the role

Join Danfoss Climate Solutions as a Project Manager responsible for redesigning the global manufacturing footprint. You will lead strategic initiatives that modernize the supply chain, support product line growth, and ensure the company remains a leader in commercial compressors and HVAC.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute strategic manufacturing projects aligned with global business objectives.
• Coordinate resources, manage timelines, budgets and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the central communication hub, delivering regular updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance, capturing lessons learned and applying best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production localization or manufacturing transfer projects from start to finish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong project management capabilities, preferably supported by a recognized certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Fluent business English; German is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills in a dynamic environment.
