About the role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance System Specialist to lead our food safety and quality programs, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GFSI, ISO and internal standards across operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the food safety and quality assurance program, including HACCP, GFSI, ISO and internal quality systems.
- Implement and maintain standards such as IFS, TESCO and HALAL.
- Ensure food quality and safety in daily operational practice.
- Conduct external and internal audits.
- Perform risk analyses.
- Lead the food safety team.
- Organize mandatory food safety training.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in food science.
- Active English proficiency (minimum B1).
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical and logical thinking.
- Attention to detail and good communication.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
