Quality Assurance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our food production team. The role involves ensuring product safety and quality through systematic testing and release procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Collect samples directly from the production line.
• Perform and evaluate physicochemical, microbiological and sensory analyses according to control plans.
• Release finished products for domestic and export markets.
• Conduct internal calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Report daily quality results to management.
• Train production operators on quality standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary education, preferably in food, agriculture, veterinary or chemical fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong independence, responsibility, speed and accuracy in work.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work well in a team.
• Previous laboratory experience is an advantage.
