Receptionist / Host – Guest Services (Prague)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Receptionist / Host to welcome guests at our city‑center properties in Prague. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth check‑in and a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, manage check‑in and answer questions with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle guest requests and complaints, applying service recovery techniques to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide local recommendations on restaurants, transport and sightseeing.
• Maintain the Property Management System (PMS) – update room status, guest profiles and coordinate room readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Contribute to a unique property experience that drives positive reviews.

Required profile

• High School Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Czech; Ukrainian, Russian or other European languages are a plus.
• 1‑2 years of hospitality front‑office experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with quick adaptation to shifting priorities.
• Confidence in conflict resolution with guests and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) software.
• Experience using project‑management tools and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
