Receptionist (m/f) – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our modern AKESO Polyclinic in Prague’s Nové Butovice district. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, providing courteous assistance.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using the clinic’s booking system.
• Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling payments.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English (conversational) and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Empathy, courtesy, and a patient‑centered approach.
• Reliability, independence, and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
