Restaurant Host/Hostess – Prague

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, customer‑oriented Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at W Prague. You will help create an exceptional dining experience and ensure smooth operations in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations and manage the reservation system.
• Maintain waitlists and coordinate seating arrangements.
• Communicate with guests and collaborate with service and kitchen teams.
• Prepare tables and keep the host area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous hospitality or food‑service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the Czech language is a strong advantage.
