Sales & Business Analyst – Fragrance & Beauty (Eastern Europe)

About the role

Join a leading luxury brand and turn data into meaningful business insights across the PL, CZ and SK markets. You will support decision‑making, monitor performance and deliver clear analytical insights in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing regular sales reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses for the PL, CZ and SK markets.
• Translating sales data into clear insights, conclusions and recommendations for business decisions.
• Supporting sales planning, target follow‑up and performance tracking across channels and markets.
• Cooperating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Preparing presentations for sales reviews, business updates and internal meetings.
• Coordinating local meeting organization and basic office needs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with sales data.
• Excellent prioritising and organisational skills.
• Collaborative team player with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent communication in Czech and English; Polish or Slovak a plus.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve analytical efficiency.
