Sales Department Assistant – Corporate & Medical Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Department Assistant to support our Corporate and Medical Partnerships team at Hořovice Hospital. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and organisational processes across the AKESO healthcare holding company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales department.
• Organise meetings, prepare presentation materials, and draft minutes.
• Coordinate communication and tasks between management and sales team members.
• Maintain sales documentation, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Prepare overviews, reports, and other materials for sales activities.
• Interact with internal and external partners as directed by the sales team.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Excellent command of Czech (spoken and written) and conversational English.
• Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation abilities.
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and professional demeanor.
• Class B driver’s licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
