Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales & Operations Manager will lead the commercial performance and operational excellence of our Prague Hub. Reporting to the Global Operations Manager, you will oversee transactional sales, drive revenue growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Transactional Sales organization covering Supplies and Channel businesses, achieving revenue, margin and quota targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipeline, forecasting and account coverage, and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Own operational delivery and governance of the Prague Hub, ensuring service levels, quality standards and business continuity.
• Oversee client invoicing, financial performance monitoring and profitability initiatives.
• Act as primary operational point of contact for clients, maintaining stakeholder relationships and leading governance meetings.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, implement mitigation or growth strategies, and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Coach, mentor and develop sales managers and teams to maximise productivity.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales and operations within a B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Ability to analyse financial data and drive performance recovery plans.
• Excellent communication and people‑development capabilities.
