About the role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Czech Republic. The role involves acquiring new clients, building long‑term relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
Meet defined sales targets and analyse market trends to uncover opportunities.
Advise clients on technical and commercial aspects of our flooring products.
Organise training sessions and keep the client database up‑to‑date.

Required profile

Experience in selling flooring or related materials (preferred).
Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
Excellent self‑organisation and willingness to travel frequently.
Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office.
