Seasonal F&B Server

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Prague is hiring a Seasonal F&B Server for its CottoCrudo restaurant. You will create memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized and professional service, guiding guests through the food and beverage offerings and sharing your knowledge of dishes, wines and cocktails. The position is full-time, with an undefined duration and a 3-month trial period, and applicants need current work authorization in the Czech Republic or an EU passport.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a warm, professional and engaging manner
• Share detailed knowledge of menu items, wines and signature cocktails with guests
• Anticipate guest needs, give recommendations and respond promptly to requests and concerns
• Process guest checks and payments accurately through Micros, and handle cash and credit card transactions according to hotel procedures
• Assist with restaurant setup, table preparation and keeping the dining area polished
• Support dining reservations and guest seating when required
• Keep service stations and operational areas clean and organized
• Monitor the condition of restaurant facilities and equipment and report maintenance needs
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Interest in wine, cocktails and culinary experiences
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Current work authorization in the Czech Republic or an EU passport

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give detailed, engaging menu recommendations
• POS system and hospitality technology experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset
