Securities Finance Specialist

About the role

KBC Global Services is seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end finance processing chain for securities operations and international cash clearing. You will drive financial process excellence, support business and regulatory changes, and contribute to key projects across the Securities organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cost and income controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in the preparation of yearly budgets.
• Prepare financial reporting and first‑line account management.
• Execute other operational tasks within the scope of financial controlling.
• Maintain finance documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of financial and managerial accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and perform under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with strong networking skills.
