Senior Audit Analyst – Brno or Ostrava

About the role

Join PwC's growing Audit team, where top talent and technology combine to deliver high‑quality audits for Czech and international clients. As a Senior Associate you will lead smaller audit teams, own complex engagements and help develop junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smaller audit teams and coordinate audit documentation from planning through completion.
• Deliver audit work in line with PwC and regulatory quality standards.
• Identify issues, analyse data and draw well‑supported conclusions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior team members through effective delegation.
• Collaborate across PwC service lines and seek specialist input when needed.
• Contribute ideas that improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and engagement teams.
• Manage interactions with senior client leadership.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
• Strong Czech/Slovak and English communication skills.
