Senior Designer – Layouts

About the role

CTP is looking for a Senior Designer – Layouts to lead its space design team. You will work closely with the Head of Design to deliver high‑quality space plans, development studies, and graphic proposals for industrial‑logistics parks and other real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and control the space planners team.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design.
• Process site plans, business layouts and development studies while meeting technical and legislative requirements.
• Prepare contract documentation and graphic attachments for commercial bids.
• Provide timely documents for Business Development, M&A, Regional Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Sort, archive and manage project documentation.
• Modify building drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Revit 3D models.

Required profile

• Proven experience in space planning and layout design.
• Strong understanding of technical and legislative standards in real‑estate development.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary design team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
