Senior FP&A Controller

About the role

CTP is seeking a Senior FP&A Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for its overhead segment. You will work closely with Czech management and the Group controlling team to ensure accurate financial data and drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for the overhead segment.
• Organise and analyse key company KPIs for Czech management and develop tools to monitor them.
• Collaborate with the Group controlling team to align data, KPIs and methodologies.
• Produce reports and analyses that support other teams in achieving company targets.
• Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements in assigned agendas.
• Participate in the implementation of new systems and related changes.
• Review overhead purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial planning, analysis and controlling.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and KPI management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support decision‑making.
