Senior Internal Auditor (Remote, Europe)

About the role

As a Senior Internal Auditor at Cimpress you will lead end‑to‑end audit engagements across global business units, gaining deep operational insight while shaping your long‑term career path. The role is fully remote within Europe and offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge data analytics and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Independently execute operational, financial, technology and compliance audits from scoping to executive reporting.
• Evaluate internal controls and ITGC, identify systemic risks and recommend actionable improvements.
• Leverage data analytics, AI tools and real‑time dashboards to modernise audit workflows and expand coverage.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to streamline processes, strengthen controls and reduce risk.
• Operate across global time zones in a matrixed environment and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive internal audit or Big 4 experience, including global or multi‑entity audits.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, internal controls (SOX exposure) and root‑cause analysis.
• Tech‑forward mindset with enthusiasm for data‑driven audit techniques.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% and adapt to diverse cultures.
