Senior Recruiter

About the role

onsemi is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle in the Czech Republic. Based in Roznov, you will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and support the company’s growth in automotive, industrial and technology markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruitment contact for onsemi sites in Roznov pod Radhostem and Brno.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to meet headcount targets.
• Consult hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements for candidate experience and customer satisfaction.
• Engage talent communities across multiple channels and support branding initiatives.
• Provide recruitment support to other countries or sites as needed.

Required profile

• MS degree preferred or equivalent combination of BS degree/secondary education with 8+ years recruiting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in multinational or international environments.
• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Advanced PC skills and attention to detail.
