Senior Specialist - Process Intelligence

About the role

MSD, a research-intensive biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Senior Specialist in its Process Intelligence and Experience Design organization in Prague. The role brings end-to-end visibility to business processes, connects data and user insights to decision-making, and ensures optimization precedes automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process modelling initiatives, including current and future-state process design using BPMN and tools such as Celonis, and identify opportunities for automation, AI and process optimisation
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements, turning them into user stories and solutions, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Develop and analyse process mining models and digital twins, validate process data and define KPIs to measure process performance and business value
• Create visualisations and recommendations that support decision-making
• Support and lead key phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, testing, UAT, deployment and documentation, and collaborate with technical teams on process intelligence, automation and AI solutions
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across functions and regions, present business cases, lead project workstreams and support change management and adoption

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting or Science
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience analysing business performance and solving problems
• At least 3 years of business analysis, process design or process improvement experience
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
