IT Analyst – Banking Transformation Projects

About the role

PwC Technology Consulting is hiring an IT Analyst in Prague to bridge business needs and technology solutions in large-scale banking transformation projects. The analyst works on corporate lending and collateral management, coordinating data mapping and integration between systems while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, vendors and delivery teams. The manager has more than 15 years of experience in banking.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business environments and map processes in corporate lending and collateral management
• Gather, structure and document business requirements, including impact analysis on IT systems
• Identify optimisation opportunities across business and technology functions
• Design technical solutions, interfaces and integration architectures
• Coordinate data mapping and transformation between systems
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, business requirements and regulatory expectations
• Prepare analytical documentation, use cases, data models and integration scenarios
• Facilitate workshops and steering discussions, and take part in Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• At least 5 years of IT analysis experience in the banking sector
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Required skills

• Integration technologies and APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
• Requirements gathering, system analysis and solution design
• Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban); hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is a plus
