Senior Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Rohlik is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to own group‑level supply‑chain performance across multiple markets. You will be responsible for driving availability, reducing waste and improving forecast accuracy for high‑volume categories while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for complex, high‑volume categories across markets.
• Drive actions on key KPIs such as availability, forecast accuracy, freshness, waste reduction and OTIF.
• Lead supplier performance management, SLA compliance and EDI data exchange improvements.
• Implement strategic process and system enhancements to increase automation, data visibility and scalability.
• Partner with Category, Operations, Finance and Tech teams to align standards and mitigate cross‑market risks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment or inventory management, preferably in FMCG, retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of improving availability, reducing waste and increasing supplier reliability across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) and fluent Czech or Slovak.
