Senior Vice President Operations

About the role

Rohlik is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to steer the end‑to‑end operational agenda across its European e‑grocery business. The role combines strategic ownership of the group‑wide operations model with hands‑on responsibility for performance, scalability and continuous improvement in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the group‑wide operations strategy, ensuring consistent performance while preparing for future growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end operations across all markets, aligning local COOs to maintain high standards.
• Drive performance in fulfillment centres, supply chain, warehousing, last‑mile delivery and customer operations.
• Own the operational P&L, delivering year‑on‑year improvements in productivity, efficiency and cost.
• Establish and enforce group‑wide standards for safety, quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the CEO Retail and the Executive Leadership Team on company strategy, financial planning and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience as COO, SVP/EVP Operations or equivalent, preferably in multi‑country environments.
• Deep expertise across supply chain, fulfillment, warehousing, last‑mile logistics and customer operations.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen in high‑growth, technology‑driven businesses.
• Track record of improving operational performance, productivity and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to align senior teams across countries and functions.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
