SEO & GEO Optimization Supervising Associate

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) specialist to drive organic search visibility, AI discoverability and content performance across its global digital ecosystem. The Supervising Associate will act as the operational bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring consistent adoption of SEO and GEO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO and GEO optimization activities to improve search visibility, AI discoverability and content performance.
• Conduct content reviews, implement optimization recommendations, and apply governance standards.
• Monitor adherence to approved practices, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate issues when needed.
• Analyze performance data, diagnose under‑performing content, and recommend corrective actions.
• Use enterprise SEO, GEO and analytics platforms to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide practical guidance to content teams, publishers and market stakeholders and share best‑practice insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, GEO or digital content optimization within large, global organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across global and regional teams and support governance adoption.

Required skills

• SEO fundamentals: metadata, content structure, internal linking, keyword optimization, search intent.
• Technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals.
• Understanding of AI‑driven search ecosystems, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Conductor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe LLM Optimizer, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, ContentKing.
• Use of AI‑powered tools, agents and LLMs for content analysis and optimization.
