SEO Specialist – Central Europe (Czech & Polish)

About the role

The SEO Specialist will optimise and drive SEO and GEO performance across multiple channels and markets for Pluxee’s Central Europe spoke. You will work closely with content, product and marketing teams to implement best practices and achieve the KPIs set for local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for local markets within the Central Europe spoke.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on‑page and off‑page improvements.
• Perform keyword research and optimise content, meta tags, headings and URL structures.
• Implement GEO and LLMs strategies, monitor performance with tools such as Peec.ai.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and provide regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Czech and Polish; English fluency required.
• 3‑5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable traffic growth.
