Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management (AI‑forward)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to help implement advanced Identity and Access Management standards using emerging AI‑forward technologies. The role involves tackling complex, high‑impact technical challenges in collaboration with experts across Substrate, Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure and related platforms, offering deep technical growth and long‑term career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and enhancement of software developer tools that accelerate engineering across products.
• Identify, evaluate, and responsibly reuse open‑source or internal code to meet product needs.
• Drive security, privacy, safety and accessibility compliance, providing audit evidence and ensuring adherence to global and local regulations.
• Apply security‑as‑code principles, establishing code invariants and setting security review standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable, secure solutions for a broad customer base.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Solid foundation in modern software engineering practices, including SDK and shared component development for hyperscale distributed systems.
