Solution Consultant

About the role

The Solution Consultant joins FNZ’s Solution Consulting team to provide expert guidance on platform integration, business transformation and regulatory compliance for asset‑management clients. The role combines technical knowledge of FNZ’s Model Wealth Solution with strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects, mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define product propositions and capture business requirements.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on FNZ platform functionality and the Model Wealth Solution configuration process.
• Document bespoke client requirements, own solution delivery and perform quality assurance of solution documentation.
• Provide training programmes, knowledge‑transfer sessions and consultancy services to FNZ clients.
• Advise customers on best‑practice operating model design and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a delivery or consulting role within the financial services/wealth market.
• Background in consulting, analysis or architecture, with solid understanding of investment, wealth, life or pensions products.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to the jurisdiction of the role.
• First‑class degree or equivalent experience, with proven ability to foster continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness and excellent written and oral communication skills.
