Talent Acquisition Partner – BioLife Czech Republic

About the role

Join Takeda's BioLife Czech Republic team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting the company's current and future talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, create candidate profiles and design hiring strategies.
• Create and manage job postings, sourcing campaigns and talent‑attraction initiatives to build strong pipelines.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates, delivering high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, recruitment best practices and guidance on TA policies.
• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Manage pre‑employment steps, including contract preparation, document collection and onboarding coordination.
• Support employer‑branding projects, career events, university partnerships and regional talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed education in business administration, preferably with an HR focus.
• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an international healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver a positive new‑hire experience.
