Talent Acquisition Partner with Dutch or German

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is fluent in Dutch or German and English to join our EMEA Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Talent Acquisition team in Prague. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for roles across the supply chain function.
• Screen and assess candidates for experience and cultural fit.
• Provide a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Maintain data integrity in recruitment systems and generate regular reports.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and advertising.
• Participate in project work aligned with Talent Acquisition goals as needed.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch or German, and English.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment is a strong plus.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Effective use of LinkedIn and other online sourcing tools.
