Territory Manager, Endo Mech & Energy

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery team is looking for a Territory Manager covering the Prague, Liberec and Ústí regions. The role involves regular visits to doctors and specialists, building relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, and supporting surgeons and hospitals with surgical technologies that treat conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, specialists and hospitals regularly in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
• Educate customers on the products of the MD division
• Analyse the territory to maximise business objectives
• Take part in major medical congresses, symposia and fairs representing the MD divisions
• Report to the supervisor with activity reports, call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Monitor competition by gathering pricing and product information
• Submit orders using price lists and product literature, and prepare tender offers with other departments
• Provide technical support during surgeries and take part in customer education
• Prepare account sales plans with the sales manager, cooperate with hospital management, and help prepare the BU sales strategy
• Coach colleagues and lead non-core projects, and carry out other tasks set by the line manager

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
• Experience working with hospitals and healthcare professionals
• Strong customer relationship and territory management skills
• Willingness to provide technical support during surgical procedures
• Fluent Czech and good command of English
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and a valid Category B driving licence

• Base pay of CZK 665,000 to 1,030,400
