Territory Manager, Endo Mech & Energy

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery team is looking for a Territory Manager covering the Prague, Liberec and Ústí regions. The role involves regularly visiting doctors and specialists, building relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, educating them on the product division of MD, and supporting the sales of surgical technologies used to treat conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly visit doctors, specialists and hospitals in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and KOLs
• Educate customers on the product division of MD and prepare account sales plans with the sales manager
• Analyze the territory to maximise business objectives and monitor competition through pricing and product information
• Take part in medical congresses, symposia and fairs representing the MD divisions
• Report to the supervisor with activity reports, call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Submit orders using price lists and product literature, and prepare tender offers with other departments
• Provide technical support during surgeries and take part in customer education
• Work with the hospital management team and help prepare the business unit sales strategy
• Coach colleagues and lead non-core projects, and perform other tasks set by the line manager

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
• Experience working with hospitals and healthcare professionals
• Strong customer relationship and territory management skills
• Willingness to provide technical support during surgical procedures
• Fluent Czech and good command of English
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and a valid Category B driving licence

What we offer

• Base pay of CZK 665,000 to 1,030,400
