UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our Martech team and lead the design of customer‑facing digital experiences across websites, applications and self‑service tools. The role is based in an international B2B environment and will own the UX vision for our digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals, user needs and technical constraints into intuitive digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and analyse analytics to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and information architecture.
• Design and optimise experiences for websites, applications, campaign journeys and self‑service solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high‑quality implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to guarantee consistency and scalability.

Required profile

• Several years of experience designing digital products, websites or applications for B2B customers.
• Strong expertise in UX methodologies such as research, usability testing, journey mapping and interaction design.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive UX initiatives independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping and design specifications.
• Experience with Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS (advantage).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and frontend development principles.
• Experience contributing to scalable design systems and component libraries.
