Worldwide Supply Chain Operations Manager – Docks (Europe & Asia Focus)

About the role

The Worldwide Supply Chain Operations team drives end-to-end execution across HP's Accessories portfolio, aligning business objectives, supply chain strategy, inventory optimisation and customer delivery. This position is the primary operational focal point for the Docks business, with dedicated accountability for Europe and Asia markets. It is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence decisions across a global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive worldwide Docks business priorities, with a focus on Europe and Asia, and support quarterly and annual revenue attainment through proactive order and supply management.
• Partner with regional and worldwide stakeholders to identify risks and secure strategic opportunities, and lead operational reviews and escalations affecting revenue, customer commitments or business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain execution from supply availability to customer delivery, including backlog management, order prioritisation, allocation strategies and recovery plans, coordinating Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and Market Operations.
• Drive inventory optimisation, manage inventory exposure, excess and obsolete risks, aging inventory and site balancing, and lead NPI, EM, ES and EOL transitions.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue attainment, backlog health, inventory levels and weeks of supply, customer fulfilment, factory and logistics performance, and inventory aging, perform root-cause analysis and recommend actions to leadership.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and digital transformation, and share best practices across the worldwide organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Fulfilment or Business Operations, including managing complex global supply chain environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer, revenue and inventory objectives.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed global environment and to manage ambiguity.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
