Agentic AI and Automation Specialist

About the role

Quadient supports businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation, and is looking for an Agentic AI and Automation Specialist in Hradec Králové. The role modernises the company's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities, moving selected automations from Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Automate and exploring how AI agents can make business processes smarter, more flexible and efficient. You will deliver production-ready solutions, tackle complex automation challenges and coach colleagues in Power Automate and Agentic AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Copilot Studio agents and agent flows.
• Develop agents that interpret requests, use approved tools and data, coordinate multi-step tasks and involve people when decisions or approvals are needed.
• Assess existing Automation Anywhere automations, understand their dependencies and lead their migration to secure, reliable Power Platform solutions.
• Design integrations with enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, databases, files and APIs, with testing, monitoring, error handling, logging and documentation.
• Choose the right mix of predictable workflows and AI-driven capabilities for each process.
• Apply good engineering practices, access controls, responsible AI principles and governance throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Work with colleagues in Marketing, Finance and Order to Cash to find automation opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
• Coach RPA developers in Power Automate, Copilot Studio, agent design, reusable patterns, code reviews and safe production practices.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience delivering enterprise automation, RPA, workflow or AI-enabled solutions, including at least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Automate experience.
• Proven experience designing AI agents such as Copilot Studio agents and agent flows, or equivalent LLM-based agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) in production or near-production use cases.
• Experience assessing, supporting or migrating legacy RPA automations; experience with Automation Anywhere is particularly valuable.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to coach colleagues, communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including attended and unattended automation.
• Copilot Studio, agent instructions, tools, grounding, orchestration, evaluations and human handoffs.
• Power Platform, Dataverse, connectors, REST APIs, environment variables, deployment pipelines and application lifecycle management.
• Testing, exception handling, monitoring, audit logging, secure credential management and production support.
• Power Platform governance, responsible AI, data loss prevention, access control and secure development.
• Nice to have: PL-500 or PL-400 certification, SQL, PowerShell.NET, JavaScript, Azure or CI/CD tooling, and experience automating ERP, CRM or legacy desktop systems.
