AI Engineering Manager

About the role

Everpure’s Data Management business is looking for an AI Engineering Manager to lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists in building cutting‑edge natural language processing and computer‑vision solutions. The role combines hands‑on technical work with strategic leadership to deliver AI‑ready data capabilities for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary AI team, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Define and execute the AI roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and impact.
• Design, develop and deploy high‑performance NLP and computer‑vision models, ensuring architectural integrity.
• Work with product, cloud and security teams to integrate AI features at scale.
• Conduct hands‑on research, prototyping and technical exploration to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams delivering complex AI/ML projects from concept to production.
• Deep expertise in natural language processing and computer‑vision technologies.
• Strong hands‑on coding background and ability to contribute to development efforts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
