Associate Account Manager (PGA) – Hotels – German Speaking

About the role

Expedia Group's Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) team works with hotel partners to make the Expedia Group partner product competitive, attractive and relevant for its growing global customer base. The Associate Account Manager (German speaking) ensures that partners improve their marketing and distribution potential on the Expedia marketplace, while helping customers find the right properties. The role is based in Prague.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hotel partners using market-specific data to optimize content, rates and availability competitiveness on Expedia sites and increase customer conversion
• Secure additional lodging rates and availability information during high-demand and compression periods
• Secure promotional offers supporting the brands' merchandising and marketing
• Educate partners on the self-service features of Expedia Partner Central
• Re-establish relationships with dormant partners
• Support demand generation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a similar environment)
• Proficiency in German and English
• Results-oriented, persistent and able to work independently
• Clear communicator who can present ideas persuasively and listen actively

What we offer

• Cash salary range in Prague of CZK 731,000 to CZK 1,023,500, with potential to reach CZK 1,169,500 based on sustained performance
