PGA Associate Account Manager (Italian Speaking)

About the role

Expedia Group's Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) Associate Account Manager works in the Travel Partnerships and Advertising team, helping partners deliver better traveler and B2B experiences. The role ensures that Expedia's partner product in the assigned market is competitive, attractive and relevant, and works with partners to improve their marketing and distribution potential. The position is based in Prague and requires fluency in Italian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and analyze market-specific data and work closely with hotel partners
• Work in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment, speaking with dozens of hotel partners daily
• Present clear, persuasive recommendations, manage objections and address partner concerns in real time
• Follow up consistently, build momentum and convert opportunities through relationship management
• Optimize content, rates and availability on Expedia sites to increase customer conversion
• Secure additional lodging rates and availability during high-demand and compressed periods
• Secure promotional offers to support brand merchandising and marketing
• Educate partners on self-service features in Expedia Partner Central
• Re-establish relationships with dormant partners and support demand generation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a similar environment)
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Experience or strong interest in sales, account management, business development or other target-driven, customer-facing roles
• Comfortable making many phone calls daily and handling objections in complex conversations
• Results-oriented, persistent and able to work both independently and as part of a team
