Business Development Manager – Dell Infrastructure

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow its Dell Infrastructure business, focusing on storage, backup, data protection, servers, and networking solutions. You will identify new opportunities, develop partner relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Dell Infrastructure business through existing and new channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and Dell stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
• Create and execute business plans aligned with vendor objectives and market opportunities.
• Manage strategic sales opportunities, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal sales, presales, marketing, and purchasing teams to maximize performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or vendor management experience in the IT industry.
• Experience working with a vendor, distributor, reseller, or system integrator, preferably in infrastructure technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT solutions, especially storage, backup, servers, networking, and data protection.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Czech with a valid Category B driving licence.
