Business Manager TV CEE (and SDA)

About the role

Haier is looking for a Business Manager TV CEE (and SDA) based in Prague. The role drives sales and market share growth for Haier Europe's television and small domestic appliance categories across Central and Eastern Europe, combining strategic planning, market analysis and close collaboration with regional sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for the TV and SDA categories in the CEE region, aligned with global company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Define and manage product assortment, pricing and promotions to maximise profitability and market penetration.
• Work with regional sales managers to set targets, monitor performance and provide support and training.
• Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers and partners in the CEE market.
• Prepare and present business reviews, sales forecasts and market reports to senior management.
• Oversee budgets for the TV and SDA categories and work with marketing, product development and supply chain teams on product launches.
• Travel extensively within the CEE region to support sales and build relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, product management or sales management in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the CEE region.
• Strong understanding of TV market dynamics, including distribution channels and consumer behaviour in CEE.
• Fluent English; knowledge of one or more CEE languages (Polish, Russian, Czech, Romanian) is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the CEE region.
