Chief Technology Officer – Czech Republic

About the role

We are seeking a CTO to lead the technical side of sales and engineering for our AI agent platform in the Czech Republic. You will drive architecture, security, and integration efforts while building a high‑performing technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead early‑stage sales conversations, present demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.
• Act as a hands‑on engineering lead: ship code, build integrations, and set quality standards.
• Build and manage a technical team across engineering, integration, and pre‑sales.
• Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment and ensure production accuracy.
• Gather feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the global product team.

Required profile

• 7–8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
• Customer‑facing experience such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
• Strong leadership experience at Director, VP, or Founder level.
• Excellent English and fluency in at least one local language.

Required skills

• Hands‑on software development and integration experience.
• Experience with AI/ML or agent‑based platforms is a plus.
