About the role

Join the Food Service Department of Hořovice Hospital as a Cook. You will work in a modern kitchen, preparing nutritious meals for patients and staff while upholding the highest hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the hospital’s set menu for patients and staff.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene regulations and culinary standards.
• Collaborate with chefs, kitchen assistants, and other team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow established work procedures and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship in cooking (mandatory).
• Active knowledge of the Czech language for daily communication.
• Clean criminal record and good health.
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of culinary standards.
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations.
• Czech language proficiency.
