Cyber Security - Client Interactions Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring a Cyber Security Client Interactions Manager in Prague to join the Client Interactions & Contracts (CI&C) Global Operations team within its Network Information Security (NIS) organization. The team enables consistent, scalable, high-quality client security support across the global network through technology, governance, knowledge management and transformation initiatives, working closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for CI&C platforms, knowledge management and service delivery capabilities.
• Drive platform improvements focused on workflow automation, integrations, reporting, data quality, security and user experience.
• Manage adoption of new capabilities through training, enablement and ongoing operational support.
• Govern knowledge assets, standards, taxonomies, metadata and content lifecycle processes.
• Identify and deliver transformation opportunities through process improvement, analytics, automation and AI.
• Monitor operational performance, user adoption and business outcomes through data-driven reporting.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure platforms meet security, privacy, governance and compliance expectations.
• Lead delivery teams and external partners and contribute to the long-term evolution of client-facing security support.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in operational services, project delivery, transformation, information security, risk, compliance, knowledge management or a related field.
• Experience leading operational services, projects or transformation initiatives in complex global or cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, and experience managing priorities, risks and dependencies.

Required skills

• ServiceNow workflows, knowledge management, reporting and IT service management principles.
• Knowledge of information security, technology risk, compliance and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM and CAIQ.
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms, and understanding of AI agents, orchestration and responsible AI governance.
• Nice to have: strong analytical, reporting and Power BI capabilities, and knowledge of enterprise data architecture and governance.
