Cyber Security - Client Interactions Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate for its Cyber Security Client Interactions role in Prague. You will join the Client Interactions & Contracts (CI&C) Global Operations team within Network Information Security (NIS), which works with stakeholders across regions to strengthen service delivery, operational excellence and transformation initiatives, helping build client trust in PwC's information and cyber security control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of transformation, automation, AI and platform initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Manage delivery plans, track milestones, risks and dependencies, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate service delivery across global CI&C teams and with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and performance through operational metrics, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Analyse operational data and trends to identify risks, opportunities and recommendations.
• Contribute to platform enhancements, process optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and workflow automation, and embed lessons learned.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in service delivery, operations, project management, information security, risk, compliance or a related field.
• Understanding of information security, technology risk and compliance concepts and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM and CAIQ.
• Experience with data analysis, operational reporting, stakeholder coordination and managing competing priorities in a global environment.

Required skills

• Power BI proficiency and familiarity with enterprise integration frameworks such as MCP.
• Nice to have: Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio, AI agents and workflow orchestration, ServiceNow workflows, Microsoft Fabric, and experience improving end-to-end processes, automation, integrations or API-enabled solutions.
