About the role
Maersk is seeking a Delivery Dispatcher Agent for its CZ/SK Intermodal team in Prague. The role focuses on managing landside operations execution and providing high‑quality customer service for import and export activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily customer service tasks for land import and export operations, responding to enquiries promptly.
- Assist in resolving customer queries in English and Czech, maintaining strong relationships with internal CX teams.
- Ensure high‑quality data handling and perform root‑cause analysis when escalations occur.
- Support peers with technical or process‑related challenges during execution.
Required profile
- Experience in land or rail operations or customer service, covering both import and export.
- Strong written and spoken English and Czech communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, problem‑solver with a hands‑on approach.
- Highly responsible and eager to learn.
