Designer – Industrial & Logistics Park Projects

About the role

CTP is seeking a Designer to join its team of Parkmakers, working on high‑tech industrial‑logistics parks, premium offices and modern residential projects across the country. You will be involved in the conceptual preparation, design, and documentation of smaller to medium‑scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual designs, graphic layouts and business plans for park locations.
• Create and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with surveyors, network administrators and other specialists to gather necessary information.
• Maintain and update park portfolio maps, technical archives and standards.
• Participate in client negotiations and support project conceptualisation.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Experience in conceptual design and documentation for construction projects.
• Ability to oversee documentation accuracy and manage technical archives.
• Strong coordination skills with external specialists such as surveyors and network administrators.
• Proactive attitude in client negotiations and project development.
