DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join Wrike’s DevOps team to design and implement components of an internal development platform, including cloud infrastructure and CLI tools. You will work closely with Product Engineering and Operations to deliver scalable, automated solutions that keep our delivery pipelines elite.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and adapt the internal development platform to evolving engineering needs using data‑driven decisions.
• Automate release processes and establish GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Maintain and improve system documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
• Provide technical support to platform users and act as a point of contact for internal clients.
• Enhance frontend and backend CI/CD pipelines, including mobile app pipelines, while monitoring performance and error budgets.

Required profile

• Willingness to own projects and conduct meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Experience writing production‑grade Python code and clear technical documentation.
• Strong debugging skills, especially with networking and Kubernetes issues.
• Advanced Linux knowledge and confident English communication.
• Experience with internal development platforms, GitOps, and security best practices.
