Digital Sales Representative HPE Networking (German Speaker)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for its Networking business in Prague. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. It covers managing assigned accounts, building and forecasting the sales pipeline, and working with outside sales, channel partners and end customers to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell complex solutions, products and services for assigned accounts in the SMB space, partnering with field sales or selling independently
• Create account plans and recommend approaches for complex accounts
• Generate, qualify and review new leads, and work with partners and field sales to ensure smooth transactions
• Understand client needs and use knowledge of the product portfolio to drive new acquisitions and retention
• Lead targeted pipeline building, forecast and plan data-driven sales activity
• Provide input on sales strategy and quota forecasts, and possibly coach team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (IT or sales preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; industry experience highly preferred
• Fluent German and English
• Role may require a hunter approach or a strategic farmer/relationship-selling approach

• Demonstrated sales orientation, account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
• Knowledge of IT and industry solutions and of the company's product portfolio
• Communication and negotiation skills, teamwork and leadership
• CRM or Salesforce knowledge
