Director, Finance Projects & Digital Enablement

About the role

The Director, Finance Projects & Digital Enablement leads the global finance project portfolio and drives digital enablement across the enterprise. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance GPO & Delivery, this role ensures finance transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustainable adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global finance project portfolio in partnership with finance, IT, and regional leaders.
• Establish governance, prioritisation frameworks, road‑maps, timelines, risk management and escalation procedures for finance transformation initiatives.
• Oversee cross‑functional execution across core finance processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Invoice‑to‑Pay, Invoice‑to‑Cash, Intercompany, Payroll, Statutory Accounting and related operations.
• Maintain visibility of the transformation pipeline, tracking benefits, dependencies, risks and resource needs.
• Develop and manage a Finance Value Management framework to measure, validate and report cost savings, productivity gains, working‑capital impact and risk reduction.
• Partner with Global Process Owners to build business cases, define success metrics and ensure benefit realisation through project completion and operational stabilisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading finance transformation or large‑scale finance projects in a global organisation.
• Proven ability to design and enforce project governance, prioritisation and performance‑analytics frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior finance, IT and regional leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering quantifiable value and sustaining adoption of new finance processes or technologies.
