District Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a District Manager to lead a cluster of stores in Prague. You will drive revenue and EBIT by achieving KPIs, spending most of your time on‑site supporting store teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, assess and lead Store Managers, providing continuous feedback.
• Support payroll management, staff scheduling and labor efficiency.
• Analyze store performance, KPIs and business results to exceed targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and premium shopping experience.
• Manage stock coverage, inventory feedback and retail portfolio changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Store Management experience, preferably with both Factory Outlet and Mainline stores.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and analytical abilities.
• Fluent Czech and English; communicative Polish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
