FP&A Analyst

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will support CME’s financial planning and analysis function across its Central and Eastern European media operations. You will be responsible for validating data, maintaining management reports, and analysing financial and KPI trends to drive informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own reporting of TV advertising market revenues and related KPIs.
• Prepare monthly actuals and forecast packs, analyse material variances and ensure data integrity.
• Validate monthly data, reconcile financial and operational figures, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update forecast, budget and long‑term plan models in Anaplan.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to integrate Anaplan with other financial systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Support the preparation of H1 strategy and annual budget presentations.
• Analyse key expenditure areas during major investment periods, including technology initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, leveraging AI automation tools where appropriate.
