Geographic Legal Counsel Specialist (Italian)

About the role

Accenture's Global Legal Network (GLN) is hiring a Geographic Legal Counsel Specialist with Italian in Prague. The role supports Accenture's Corporate Functions and other areas on local and global legal matters, including compliance, ethics, contracts and entity matters, while liaising with internal teams and onshore counsels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to Accenture Corporate Functions and other areas, answering inquiries from Workplace Solutions, Marketing & Communication, HR, Corporate Citizenship, CIO, IT and business teams.
• Support compliance matters such as ethics, anticorruption, competition law, regulatory, data privacy, intellectual property, conflicts of interest and codes of conduct, and flag compliance risks.
• Review local and global data privacy initiatives and identify risks under local law and Accenture policies.
• Support Entity Matters, including drafting corporate documents and board resolutions, managing powers of attorney, supporting PMI processes and maintaining databases.
• Collaborate with other Accenture legal teams such as Litigation, Employment Law, Taxes, Acquisitions, Administrative Law and Contract Management.
• Deliver training to Accenture teams on corporate functions matters and support recruitment, supervision and mentoring of team members.

Required profile

• Italian Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience at law firms or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing.
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.

Required skills

• Generic in-house legal matters: risk identification and mitigation, compliance, contracts, legal research.
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders, onshore counsels and external vendors.
